Okay, so ive started doing this myself to see what the fuss is all about!! My initial test was 50 so that meant i started on week 3. Ive now done two weeks and just did another test last night before moving onto week 5. I got 65 this time so its definitely working. Good stuff!
ReplyDeleteFinally managed the hundred after about 8 weeks! It was tough i can tell you. I think claiming 6 weeks is a little optimistic but hey its still a pretty good programme. A few weeks of no push ups for me now!
